Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Unboxing Video & Evidence Requirement
To protect both our customers and our business from shipping damage claims, missing-part disputes, or incorrect-item reports, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when your order arrives.
For the following situations, an unboxing video or clear photo evidence may be required before a return, refund, or replacement can be approved:
